Arizona Charlie's
East RV Park
4575 S. Boulder Highway
Las Vegas, Nevada (702) 951-9000 Our beautifully landscaped RV Park is open year round and has over 200 spaces with sizes ranging from 30ft. to 70ft. to accommodate a variety of motor homes. The RV Park features a private clubhouse with large screen TV, pool table and fitness equipment, guest laundry facilities, private showers and a dog run.
This park is one of the better parks in Las Vegas. Streets are paved
& wide. Sites are paved but not quite as level as they should be.
The instant telephone was convenient. The park is well maintained.
There are several permanent residents but they were mostly located
on a couple of the outside rows. We camped here in a Motorhome in
April 2005.
Bond RV Park
284 East Tropicana
Las Vegas, Nevada (702) 736-1550
Out of 417 advertised sites, only 35 or so are kept open for
overnighters. Huge place. Overnight sites are large, mostly clean,
mostly level. Didn't use the bathrooms or clubhouse, so can't
comment. It does look like this RV park used to be something to crow
about many moons ago. But it's heyday has passed and things are
sliding slowly downhill. Still, I'd use it again for a day or two if
I had to. We camped here in 2002.

100 East Stewart Avenue Las Vegas 89125 (702) 388-2602 or (800) 634-6505, fax (702) 388-2660
Right next door to the Fremont Street Experience and features hook-ups, drinking water, showers, toilets, telephones, and laundry.
Pets are allowed. Unfortunately this 94 site park is just an
asphalt parking lot like the KOA at Circus Circus.

KOA at Circus Circus
2880 South Las Vegas Boulevard
Las Vegas, Nevada (702) 794-3757 On the Strip, hook-ups, dump station, drinking water, showers, toilets, telephones, laundry, groceries, pool/swimming, pets allowed. RV sites 399
If you're looking for standard RV park facilities, this is not the
place for you. As everyone else mentioned it's just a parking lot
with hookups. That said, KOA has done a great job with how they
handle things here. The staff was friendly and helpful and the
store/office stays open until 11pm. The pool/whirlpool is well
maintained as are the shower buildings and laundry. We have a hybrid
trailer and did not feel uncomfortable opening our vinyl bunk ends
and leaving the trailer. It was really nice to be right on the
strip. Cable TV would have been nice. We had trouble getting clear
reception on local channels. We would stay there again if we go back
to Vegas. We camped here in a Travel Trailer in May 2005.

It's true. The bathrooms and the laundry are beautiful. Spotless,
aromatic, climate controlled with gorgeous paneling, counters and
floors. The pool was also clean and appealing. The RV park has level
gravel sites placed diagonally with plenty of room to get in and out
for our 30 ft class A. Diagonal placement gives a less crowded
feeling; spaces are large enough and we did not feel cramped even
though the park was completely full. Cable, 50 amp power and sewer
for a reasonable nightly rate. Many long term residents when we
visited in late May but units looked well kept and tidy overall;
some snow birds leaving late and others working on a new power plant
we were told. We liked the north Las Vegas location of this park; it
was quiet and comfortable and not difficult to drive downtown or to
the Strip. The park worked great for us. We would definitely stay
here again. We camped here in a Motorhome in May 2005.

Nice clean place, maybe that's why the trash cans are always full.
Seems like every time we took our trash out, they were always full.
Noticed alot of snobs there. Several times I said good morning to
several people and NOBODY answered me. LOTS of people living there
permanently. The streets could be a little wider so as you exit the
pull through you are not almost on the pad across the street so that
the end of your trailer does not scrape the tree at your site if you
have a long trailer. The park includes cable but we could not get
clear reception of any channels. We ended up getting better
reception with the antennae. We could not get 1/3 of the parks cable
channels at all. The laundry facilities were a pain if you ran out
of soap or change. What's wrong with putting a change machine and a
soap machine dispenser in the facilities like real laundry mats?
More than once, I had to leave my clothes in the machine and walk to
the clubhouse for more change or soap. For what this park charges,
(even more on the Weekends and Holidays, $40 & $44) trash should be
picked up several times a day, I should be able to get clear
reception of ALL their channels. The staff are nice, but not very
personable, just businesslike, which is fine, at least they are not
mean. Not sure if we would stay there again. We camped here in a
Fifth Wheel in April 2005.

Terrible's
Lakeside Casino & RV Park
5870 S. Homestead Road
Pahrump, Nevada (775) 751-7770 Lakeside RV Resorts’ 159 sites surround a 7-acre man-made lake stocked with Largemouth Bass, Crappie and Bluegill. Each RV site averages 55 ft in length with many sites large enough to handle today’s biggest RV’s. All sites include full service hook-ups, 30 and 50-amp electrical service. Every site also has a concrete patio and Cable TV. There are 3 comfort stations located on property each with laundry rooms. Resort amenities include Kayaks, Peddle Boats, Ping-Pong, and Horseshoes. Swim in our lake lagoon or relax on the sandy beach under a cabana. You may prefer our heated Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi. A free modem hookup is available in the registration office. Very soon we will be providing “Wireless satellite Internet service” to our guests.
This rv park has turned into a zoo. Too many people partying and
lots of noise. Road noise is terrible. Beautiful sites and cheap but
you certainly would not go here for peace and quiet. Bathrooms not
clean and cable did not work. Brought this to attention of front
desk and they said "it is spotty at times". We camped here in a
Motorhome in May 2005.
