This is a clean one-owner unit and was very well cared for. Everything works, and a very detailed owners guide is included that covers all the systems and appliances.  I like the Komfort models. They have tons of options. Things like the big awning, 10 gallon electric and DSI water heater, spare tire, ladder, outside shower, back up lights, ducted roof air, skylight in the living room and bedroom, AM-FM stereo/cassette player, microwave, shower & tub, slide-out living room, deluxe two-pedal Thetford toilet, solid oak cabinet doors, large Dometic refrigerator/freezer. This trailer is loaded with all of the options that were available when it was built. The RBW hitch is included.

NADA Average Retail $11,355.00 - Asking $4,000.

Traded the trailer for a 1998 Lincoln Continental!

Parked at Seattle Les Schwab waiting for five new tires.

Teri and I really like this rear-kitchen floor plan. Lots of room!

Parked in our Seattle yard next to the mobile home.

Finished 92"x36" rear tray installed with Teri's Pittsburgh Steelers spare tire cover.

RBW Rocker hitch installed. Truck is not for sale.

I carry my Pride Shuttle handicapped scooter on this ramp/platform.

Before bumper removal. I sawed it off with my trusty Milwaukee Sawzall.

Installed 4" channel rails with ˝ inch #5 bolts torqued to 75 ft lbs.

Finished tray installed with Teri's Pittsburgh Steelers spare tire cover.

7' Slide out with sleeper sofa, and a view of the rear kitchen

Drop-leaf dining table and the queen size bed with plenty of storage underneath.

Changed from Duo-Therm to Hunter Digital thermostat.
